Giftmas Giveaways - Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The DECODED Giftmas Giveaways (“the Promotion”) are organized by DECODED B.V., based in Ridderkerk, The Netherlands.

2. Eligibility

  • Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of DECODED B.V., its affiliates, or partners directly involved in the Promotion are excluded from participation.
  • Participation is free of charge and does not require any purchase.

3. Promotion Period

  • The DECODED Giftmas Giveaways run from 18 December 2025 until 28 December 2025, unless stated otherwise in individual giveaway posts.
  • Each giveaway has its own entry deadline, which is clearly mentioned in the corresponding social media post. Entries submitted after the stated deadline will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

  • Entry requirements are specified in each individual giveaway post on Instagram and/or TikTok.
  • Typical entry actions may include following the DECODED account, tagging other users, sharing content, or engaging with a post.
  • No purchase is required to enter or win.

5. Selection of Winners

  • Winners will be selected at random and in a fair and impartial manner.
  • For each giveaway, one winner will be selected via Instagram and one via TikTok, unless stated otherwise.
  • For the final two Giftmas giveaways on December 22nd and December 23rd, one winner in total will be selected across Instagram and TikTok.
  • Winners will be announced on the date mentioned in the corresponding giveaway post, via the official DECODED social media accounts.

6. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be contacted via a direct message (DM) from the official DECODED account.
  • If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time frame (typically 48 hours), DECODED reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prizes

  • Prizes are as described in the individual giveaway posts.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods.
  • DECODED reserves the right to substitute a prize with a similar product of equal value if necessary.

8. Discounts & Promotional Codes

  • Some giveaways may include a limited-time discount code for DECODED products.
  • Discount codes are valid for the stated period only, cannot be combined with other promotions, and are subject to availability.
  • Discount codes are not redeemable for cash.

9. Liability

  • DECODED B.V. is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or delays caused by social media platforms or third parties.
  • By participating, entrants agree that DECODED B.V. shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

  • Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and contacting winners.
  • Data will be handled in accordance with DECODED’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

11. Instagram & TikTok Disclaimer

  • This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
  • By participating, entrants release Instagram and TikTok from any responsibility related to the Promotion.

12. Changes & Final Provisions

  • DECODED reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time if circumstances require.
  • Any changes will be communicated via DECODED’s official channels.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
